1. Terms & Conditions.

 

Welcome to Diplomacy & Leadership Model United Nations Foundation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our conference. By accessing our website and participating in our conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

A. Registrations and Payment

 

To participate in our conference, you must register through our website and pay the registration fee. By registering for our conference, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to pay the registration fee in full.
 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any registration at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

B. Conference Participation

 

As a participant in our conference, you agree to:

  • Act in a professional and respectful manner towards other participants and conference staff.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms and Conditions.

  • Refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be disruptive or harmful to other participants, staff, or the conference.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the conference at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

C. Intellectual Property

 

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in all materials provided at our conference, including presentations, documents, and other materials, are the property of the DLMUN Foundation. Participants may not use or reproduce any such materials without the prior written consent of the foundation.

D. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to our website or conference, or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on our website or provided at our conference, for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

E. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or participation in our conference.

F. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Korean Arbatriarian Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The language of the arbitration shall be English & Korean. The arbitration shall take place in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

G. Indemnification

 

The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and protect the foundation from and against all lawsuits and costs of every kind pertaining to the participants business including reasonable legal fees due to any act or failure to act by the Client based upon the Consulting Services.


2. Privacy Policy

 

At the DLMUN Foundation, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our participants. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our conference.

We may collect personal information from participants when they register for our conferences or when they communicate with us regarding conference-related matters. This may include:

  6. Resident Registration Number

  7. Passport information

  8. School or organization name

  9. Position or role within the school/organization
